If you are wondering where to start~ wonder no more. There are three simple rules to the staging process... 1. Staging Consultation ($299 plus HST)~ this part of the process brings me to the property. A complete walk-thru is executed by me with the Seller(s). I generate a complete, comprehensive summary, broken down room-by-room. If you follow this list (to the letter, room by room), it tackles all of the "need-to-do" items required to generate top dollar. 2. The List (price to be determined)~ If you can execute, great. If you have challenges in executing this portion of the job, we can help. We can do any or all of it. Whatever suits your circumstances 3. Showcasing/ Rentals (price to be determined)~ This is where I come in to "wave my magic wand" to make the property real estate ready. With a background in real estate sales, I have a trained eye to secure the Buyer likes what they see when they enter the property. This step will include the delivery of any/all rented items. This is the VERY LAST step executed prior to the photographer coming in to take pics to load to TREB. 4. Once the property has sold~ firm, I come back to the property to remove my inventory.
